Meet the Minds Behind Adynaton Designs
Adynaton Designs was founded by two craftsmen who met in a cabinetry shop, united by a shared passion for exceptional design and fine craftsmanship.
Our Story
Adynaton Designs began in a custom cabinetry shop, where two craftsmen met while doing what they loved—building with their hands and caring deeply about the details. Through long days shaping wood and perfecting finishes, a shared vision took shape: to create interiors where craftsmanship and design are equally valued.
That foundation continues to guide our work today. With a deep understanding of how spaces are built, we design and create custom interiors that feel thoughtful, personal, and enduring—homes made with intention, care, and timeless appeal.
Jarrett Rolison
Founder / Co-owner | Head of Design & Client Communications
Hello, my name is Jarrett and I grew up in Florida before moving to Austin in order to attend the University of Texas. After college I realized I didn’t want to conduct research and work in a lab for the rest of my days. I attended interior design school and found a passion for designing and creating refined, livable spaces that reflect the unique vision of each client. My work is rooted in the belief that a well-designed home should be both visually compelling and deeply personal—an environment that enhances daily life while telling a meaningful story.
I believe everyone deserves a space that represents their personality and aesthetic. It is my goal to collaborate with each and every client to successfully bring their dream home to life through our custom design and building process.
Chad Conwell
Co-Owner | Head of Construction & Installation
My name is Chad Conwell. Growing up on a farm was a lot of work and there was always something that needed to be fixed or built, which for me was my favorite part! I also discovered my love for trees growing up in the Texas Hill Country and have always been captivated by the beauty in and outside of a tree. Turns out, if you combine a love for working with your hands and a passion for trees, you come up with a woodworker! (funny how that works).
To me, woodworking is not just an avenue to earn an income, it's more importantly a calling. It's the perfect outlet to express creativity by utilizing nature’s beauty. Woodworking is also a great teacher. It requires patience and repetition to become a good practitioner and there is always more to learn. So, if you commission us to make a piece, just know we will be just as excited as you to build it; if not more. I have found there is nothing more satisfying than a finished project and the next one could be yours!
